I’m proud to say I’ve helped transform the lives of the many people I have worked with over the years. I have over a decade of experience providing online nutrition advice on women's health & weight management issues.

I’ve dedicated my career to helping people achieve their health and weight goals. My naturopathic and evidence-based approach focuses on weight loss, hormonal balance and gut health.

My story

I have been married for over 25 years, I have 2 amazing grown-up children and an adorable 2 year old black Labrador. I believe food should be enjoyed! I love to cook and bake, especially all things sourdough.

I first became interested in nutrition after experiencing my own health problems, which were related to hormonal imbalance and poor gut health after an infection.

Nutrition advice and therapy helped me put the pieces of the puzzle together and restore my health! The whole experience gave me a new understanding about the importance of nutrition and lifestyle for our health.

path to better health

I trained for three years in Manchester, studying biochemistry, naturopathic nutrition and health coaching. A good diet and lifestyle can have an incredible impact on your health. This is what inspired me to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist.

The incredible transformations I’ve witnessed in my clients fuels my passion for spreading the word about the power of nutrition and lifestyle for a healthier, happier future!

What is Nutritional Therapy?

What is the Difference Between Dietitian and Nutritionist in the UK?
