My story
I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and wellness, but my own journey with hormonal imbalances has been a major driving force behind the work I do today.
Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to live with symptoms of hormonal imbalances—whether it’s in my younger years, the ups and downs of perimenopause, or anything in between.

In my teens and twenties, I struggled with significant hormonal symptoms that affected my mood, energy, and weight. Back then, the standard approach was a high-oestrogen contraceptive pill, which was often the only solution offered.
While it helped mask some of the symptoms, it didn’t address the root cause.

Fast forward to my forties, and perimenopause brought its own challenges, from disrupted sleep to sudden weight gain and low energy. This time, I had the tools and knowledge to take back control. By focusing on nutrition, balancing my blood sugar, and adjusting my lifestyle, I was able to support my body through this phase and come out stronger on the other side. I can confidently say that things get so much better when you have the right plan to support your health.

These personal experiences are why I’m so passionate about helping other women navigate hormonal imbalances, whether it’s PCOS, PMDD,PMS or perimenopause. I know how it feels to lose control of your body, and I also know how empowering it is to take back that control.

I now help women of all ages manage their hormonal symptoms with my Rebalance Method, a tried-and-tested approach focused on blood sugar balance, inflammation, and gut health.
My 60-Day Be Balanced online programme provides 1-1 tailored support for women with PCOS, hormonal imbalances, or perimenopause symptoms. Combining evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and 1-1 fortnightly support, I guide my clients toward real, sustainable results that fit into their busy lives.

The journey to balancing hormones doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I focus on simplicity, offering easy-to-follow steps to create lasting habits. Whether you’re dealing with irregular cycles, weight gain, acne, mood swings, or low energy, my goal is to help you feel healthier, more confident, and more in control of your body.

If you’re ready to take control of your health and finally see real progress, let’s work together—because you deserve to feel your best, no matter your stage of life.

Online Nutrition Advice FAQ's

What can a nutritionist help with?
A nutritionist can help with a range of issues, including weight management, digestive health, hormone imbalances, managing chronic conditions like PCOS or diabetes, and improving overall energy and wellbeing. They provide personalised advice based on your unique health needs.
Do I need a referral to see a nutritionist?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with a nutritionist to start improving your health at any time.
What’s the difference between a nutritionist and a dietitian?
Both offer advice on diet and health, but dietitians work in clinical settings and are regulated by law. Nutritionists focus on personalised, holistic approaches and are often experts in lifestyle and functional medicine.
What should I expect in my first consultation?
Your first session will include a detailed discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and goals. Your nutritionist will provide initial recommendations and outline a personalised plan tailored to your needs.
Do you offer personalised meal plans?
Yes! Meal plans are tailored to your goals, preferences, and any dietary requirements or allergies, with easy recipes to fit your lifestyle.
Can you help with hormone-related issues like PCOS or menopause?
Absolutely. I specialise in hormonal health and can help manage symptoms like weight gain, cravings, and low energy through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Are online consultations as effective as in-person ones?
Yes, online consultations are just as effective. They offer convenience and flexibility, with the same level of personalisation and support.
Do you provide support with weight loss medications like Ozempic?
Yes, I offer guidance on managing nutrition during and after using medications like Ozempic to support sustainable weight loss and long-term health.
Can I book one-off sessions, or do I need a programme?
Both options are available. While programmes provide ongoing support for lasting results, one-off sessions are perfect for addressing specific concerns or getting a quick health reset.
How do I know if I need functional health testing?
If you experience unresolved symptoms like fatigue, digestive issues, or hormonal imbalances, testing can provide insights to create a more targeted plan. Your nutritionist will guide you on whether testing is right for you.
