As a BANT registered Manchester nutritionist and health coach based in Altrincham, Cheshire, I specialise in supporting women to hormone balance and sustainable weight loss with online nutrition advice and regular health coaching. I have helped many women, across Manchester, the UK and Europe, transform their lives.
My story
My passion for nutrition was born from my own struggles with hormonal imbalances and digestive issues. Like many women, I felt frustrated by the lack of clear answers and guidance on what was happening in my body. It was through expert nutritional advice that I finally began to piece together the puzzle and restore my health. This experience ignited a deep understanding of the critical role nutrition and lifestyle play in our well-being.
I spent three years studying biochemistry, naturopathic nutrition, and health coaching in Manchester, gaining the expertise needed to help others achieve their health goals naturally. I firmly believe that the right diet and lifestyle choices can have a profound impact on your health, and it’s this belief that drives my work every day.
In addition to my professional life, I’ve been married for over 25 years, and I’m a proud mother of two amazing grown-up children. Our young Labrador, who doubles as a personal trainer, keeps us active and joyful.
Seeing the incredible transformations in my clients is what fuels my passion. I’m dedicated to spreading the word about the power of evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes, helping you achieve a healthier, happier future.
