Schedule a Health Review with me (up to 30 mins) via Zoom online video chat or phone call, by clicking the 'Book Now' button below. You will then see my calendar.
Choose a date and time that suits you best, then add your name, email and phone number. You'll receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link to add to your diary.
Please answer the 3 questions on the form, so I know what you would like to discuss. I will then call you at the scheduled time on our Zoom link, or the phone number you provided.
60-minute initial consultation
We'll discuss your health history with a questionnaire, uncover nutrient deficiencies with a diet analysis, understand your goals, and create a personalised nutrition plan for nourishing your body.
45-minute follow-up appointment
We'll review progress, celebrate achievements, address challenges and make any adjustments to your plan. This session keeps you on track for long term success.
30-minute health coaching calls
Coaching is vital in this health & weight loss programme. We'll discuss goals, uncover obstacles, and co-create solutions. I'll provide guidance and support for sustainable changes.
