Why there’s a £5 fee
I charge a small booking fee to keep these calls intentional and respectful of both our time.
When discovery calls were free, many people booked who weren’t quite ready or didn’t attend. The £5 fee helps ensure the call is used well — think of it as buying me a coffee while we have a focused, meaningful conversation.
If you decide to join a programme within 14 days, the £5 is deducted.
What happens after the call
If it feels like working together would be a good fit, I’ll explain your options clearly and answer any questions you have.
If not, you’ll still leave with a better understanding of what to focus on next.

A 30-minute no obligation Zoom video call is a great opportunity for us to meet online, you can ask questions and see if we're the right fit before working together. Follow the steps below to book your Zoom call today!

Step 1
Schedule your complementary no-obligation Zoom video call (up to 30-minutes) by clicking the 'BOOK A ZOOM' button below. You will then see my online appointment calendar and my current availability.

Step 2
Choose a date and time that suits you best, then add your name, email and phone number. You'll receive an email confirmation of your booking, with a Zoom video call link to add to your diary.

Step 3
Please provide me with a reason for booking on the form, so I know what you would like to discuss during our meeting. You will receive a short hormones questionnaire. I will then call you at your chosen time on our Zoom link.
