Practical support for eating well, managing weight concerns and building habits that fit your health and everyday life

You may know plenty about healthy eating and still feel unsure what applies to you. Perhaps your health has changed, your usual routine is no longer working, or you are trying to make sense of advice that seems to contradict itself.

I help women turn nutrition advice into manageable steps, with a personalised plan and regular support to put it into practice.

Based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, I offer online consultations for women across Manchester, Cheshire and throughout the UK.

Support that starts with your circumstances

Your eating habits are shaped by more than food knowledge. Working hours, family responsibilities, symptoms, medication, appetite and energy can all affect what feels possible.

We begin by looking at your health history, current eating patterns and priorities. Together, we agree on a practical starting point and build from there.

You might want help planning lunches that keep you satisfied, finding manageable meals when you are tired, or moving away from repeated cycles of restriction and starting again.

The aim is to make everyday eating easier to manage while supporting your nutritional needs and longer-term health.

Who is personalised nutrition support for?

You do not need to have PCOS or be trying to lose weight to work with me.

You may be looking for support with:

  • Weight and metabolic health: building sustainable eating habits alongside concerns about weight, cholesterol, blood pressure or blood glucose.

  • Women’s health and midlife changes: reviewing your nutrition as your needs, appetite or routine change.

  • Eating well with a long-term condition: finding practical ways to maintain a varied, adequate diet alongside your medical care.

  • Food confidence and consistency: making sense of conflicting advice and finding meals and routines you can maintain.

If you live with an autoimmune or chronic inflammatory condition, we can discuss whether my support fits your needs. The focus is on your nutrition, daily habits and general health, with advice adapted to your circumstances.

Some needs require specialist dietetic or medical input. We will discuss suitability before you commit.

What we can work on together

The programme gives you a structure, while consultations allow us to adapt the focus to your health, preferences and capacity.

Meals that work for your day

Build a useful collection of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. We can consider convenience foods, budget, cooking confidence and the days when you have less time or energy.

Protein, fibre and food variety

Explore how to include a range of foods in ways that suit your appetite, digestion and any individual dietary requirements. Recommendations are adjusted to you.

Hunger, appetite and eating patterns

Look at the times of day you find difficult and what happens beforehand. We can review missed meals, unsatisfying lunches, changing appetite and the situations that make eating consistently harder.

Sleep, stress and appropriate movement

Consider the everyday routines that affect your ability to look after yourself. Goals will reflect your health and starting point, including limits on energy or mobility.

Keeping useful habits going

Practise adapting your plan during busy weeks, illness, travel or changes at home. By the end, you will have a clearer record of what works for you and what needs ongoing attention.

Personalised advice, with space to adjust

A recommendation can sound straightforward on paper and still be difficult to follow on a demanding workday.

Our reviews give us time to look at what happened, understand the obstacle and agree on a useful adjustment. If preparing lunch every evening is unrealistic, we might build a shortlist of supermarket options instead. If appetite or digestion makes a meal difficult, we can revisit the choices and portions.

Progress might mean more regular meals, greater food variety, improved confidence or feeling better able to manage your routine. We agree on what is relevant to you. Where medical measurements are involved, these remain part of your healthcare team’s monitoring.
