The 12-Week Hormone Shift Method for Hormone PCOS & Hormone Imbalances

cheshire nutrition leaf logo

Two 12-week weight and hormone support programmes for hormone imbalances and PCOS. They both include health coaching, and realistic meal plans with easy recipes to support imbalances and PCOS.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme and that’s why the first step is a free, no-obligation Strategy Call via Zoom. This 30-minute video call is designed to help you get clarity.

We’ll cover:
  • Your top symptoms and possible root causes

  • What conventional tests might miss

  • How my personalised support or testing could help

  • Next steps

There’s no commitment, just a short hormone questionnaire and a chance to meet online and explore whether this is the right next step for you.

I am an experienced BANT registered nutritionist and health coach, using a functional medicine informed approach for the natural management of PCOS, working online with women across Manchester, and the UK.

  • What if I want more support after finishing one of these?
Many women go on to join my 12-week PCOS Hormone Shift Method after starting here. If you complete the Quick-Start or the PCOS Food Fix and want to continue, we can build on the progress you’ve made and tailor next steps based on your symptoms, goals and test results (if applicable).
  • Will this help with fertility or weight changes?
Both options focus on helping you balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and improve hormone signals, all of which are foundational for better cycle health, energy, and metabolism. These are often key steps before seeing progress with weight or fertility, especially after the pill.
  • Do I need to cut out carbs or follow a strict plan?
Absolutely not. These options are rooted in a practical, sustainable approach that supports your hormones without cutting out food groups or following extreme diets. You’ll learn how to build balanced meals that work with your body, not against it.
  • Do I need a diagnosis to join?
No formal diagnosis is required. These options are suitable if you suspect you have PCOS, are recently off the pill, or are experiencing common symptoms like irregular cycles, fatigue, cravings, weight gain or hormone imbalances. You don’t need test results to get started.
  • What happens on the call?
This is a free 30-minute video call where we’ll talk through your symptoms, goals, and what’s been keeping you stuck. I’ll explain how I work, what support might be right for you, and answer any questions you have – there’s no pressure or obligation.
  • What if I’m not ready to start yet?
That’s absolutely fine. This call is about giving you clarity – whether that means starting now or simply having a better understanding of your next steps. You’ll leave the call with more insight, whatever you decide.
  • I’m not sure if I have PCOS – can I still book?
Yes. Many women I work with feel unsure or haven’t had a clear diagnosis. If your cycle is irregular or missing, your weight has changed, or you’ve recently come off the pill and your body doesn’t feel right – we can talk about what might be going on and how to support it.
  • Will we go through my diet or get a plan on the call?
Not yet. This call is to explore whether we’re a good fit and what kind of support would work best for you. If we decide to work together, you’ll get a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan as part of the programme.
  • Do I need to bring anything to the call?
No prep needed – just you, your story, and any questions.
  • Will I get a meal plan?
Yes – you’ll get tailored food and recipe collection based on your hormone goals, using my professional meal planning software that produces delicious recipes. These are practical, real-life meals that suit a PCOS-friendly, anti-inflammatory approach. I don’t ask you to count macros or calories.
  • Do I need to do lab tests to take part?
No – testing is completely optional. If helpful, I can recommend functional tests for hormones, nutrient levels, gut health, or cycle tracking, but these are never required to get results from the programme.
  • What’s the difference between Step One and Step Two?
Step One is where we build your foundations. It’s designed for women who’ve recently come off the pill or are still dealing with irregular or missing cycles. We focus on blood sugar balance, reducing symptoms like cravings and fatigue, and gently encouraging ovulation. Step Two is for you if your cycle has returned (even if it’s irregular) and you’re ready to go deeper into cycle repair, weight loss support, and preparing your body for future fertility.
  • Can I still join if I’m not trying to conceive?
Absolutely. These programmes are designed to support hormone balance, energy, metabolism and cycle repair whether or not you’re actively trying for a baby. Many women join to get their body back into balance before thinking about fertility in the future.
  • Can I do Step Two straight away?
Step Two is only open to women who have completed Step One or are already ovulating regularly and have a clear cycle. It focuses more on weight loss, deeper cycle repair and fertility preparation – so we need strong foundations in place first.
  • Is this a group or 1:1 programme?
It’s a private 1:1 programme, delivered online. You’ll get personalised nutrition and coaching support, weekly step-by-step guides, and regular check-ins to keep you on track. No group calls or sharing – just focused support tailored to your goals.
  • Do I need a confirmed PCOS diagnosis to join?
No. Many of the women I work with suspect they may have PCOS, or have been told they “might have it” but feel confused or dismissed. If your symptoms fit – irregular cycles, fatigue, weight gain, cravings, low mood – and you’ve come off the pill recently, you’re in the right place.
  • How long does it take to see results?
That depends on your starting point, but many clients start to notice changes in energy, mood, appetite and symptoms within the first few weeks. These programmes are designed for sustainable progress – not quick fixes – so results build over time.
  • Can I do this if I’m on metformin or still taking the pill?
Yes. If you’re on metformin, we can absolutely work together. The programme supports your body alongside medication – with a focus on stabilising blood sugar, improving energy and reducing symptoms naturally through food and lifestyle changes. If you’re still on the pill, we can begin to lay strong foundations – like balancing blood sugar and addressing underlying drivers that can flare up once the pill is stopped. Just keep in mind that while you’re on hormonal contraception, we won’t be able to track natural cycle changes or ovulation yet – but you’ll be in a great place when you are ready to come off.
