It’s a chance to talk things through properly, with someone who understands how PCOS actually works in real life.

During the call, we’ll look at:

  • Your main symptoms (fatigue, cravings, weight, cycle changes)

  • Where your energy and appetite patterns may be getting disrupted

  • What you’ve already tried and why it may not have worked

  • The key areas that could make the biggest difference for you

By the end of the call, you’ll have:

  • A clearer understanding of what’s likely driving your symptoms

  • A more focused direction (instead of trying everything at once)

  • Practical next steps you can start applying

Even if you don’t go ahead with a programme.

Why there’s a £5 booking fee

This small fee helps ensure the call is used well and booked by women who are ready to take this seriously.
