I’m Lisa Smith, a BANT Registered Nutritionist and Women’s Health Coach based in Manchester, and online across the UK.

I specialise in supporting busy professional women with hormone imbalances and female intimate health issues such as PCOS, perimenopause, endometriosis, thrush, BV and interstitial cystitis or chronic bladder pain syndrome.

Using a functional medicine and evidence-based approach, I offer personalised online nutrition programmes that get to the root of symptoms.

My focus is on making complex health challenges easier to understand, with simple, actionable steps that support long-term results.

If you’re looking for expert guidance and compassionate support, I’d love to help.
